Relevant Management Services was founded to solve the core tension in legal practice: attorneys want to practice law, but running a growing firm requires running a complex business.
A proven model, built for law. Founded in 2017 by a practicing attorney and hands-on builder, Relevant grew out of years spent building and refining a replicable operating model — one that lets lawyers focus on practicing law while Relevant provides the brand, technology, and nonlegal operating infrastructure that supports their independently owned firms. The management-services model is well established across other professions. Dentistry has Aspen Dental. Optometry has MyEyeDr. Medicine and veterinary care have followed the same path: separate the business operations from the professional practice, so each can be run by people who do it best. Relevant brings that proven separation to law.
The MSO Model. As a Managed Services Organization, Relevant provides comprehensive business and operational support to independent law firms within our network. We provide the brand, marketing, technology, human resources, and business-strategy support behind them. This allows network firms to leverage enterprise-grade resources while maintaining their independent legal practices and focusing entirely on client outcomes.

Does Relevant Management Services provide legal services? No. Relevant is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or legal advice. Every legal matter is handled by the independent law firms in the network.
Who controls the legal work and the client relationship? The attorneys. Lawyers keep full, independent professional judgment, the attorney–client relationship, and client confidentiality. We handle the business side only.
Who's responsible for running my practice? You are. You own and run your firm and stay fully responsible for the practice. Relevant provides back-office support and branding — accounting, marketing, technology, and day-to-day operations — so you can focus on clients.
Do you share in legal fees? No. We never split or take a percentage of legal fees. Relevant is compensated for the business and management services it provides.
