Relevant Management Services announced that Alden Kinsley PLLC, the current Virginia attorney-owned law firm handling business and commercial disputes, has engaged RMS for defined nonlegal services.
RMS may provide nonlegal infrastructure, branding, technology, recruiting support, administrative operations, and back-office services. Alden Kinsley PLLC alone controls professional judgment, client acceptance, conflicts, legal fees, legal staffing, supervision, trust functions, strategy, legal judgment, and client funds.
RMS receives fixed fees or fixed per-seat fees for defined nonlegal services and does not share in legal fees or outcomes. No future Alden Kinsley firm, territory, location, or practice is represented as existing.
