Relevant Management Services today announced the launch of its legal talent network, a standing pool of vetted attorneys and paralegals interested in roles at the independent, attorney-owned law firms behind the platform's brands.
Because Relevant Management Services helps run the back office and business side of the firms it serves — never the legal work — it knows what those firms need before a job posting ever exists. The talent network turns that visibility into a pipeline: the company sources and vets candidates, builds the relationship early, and makes a direct introduction when the right seat opens. Firms in the network hire full-time roles and also engage contract and interim talent, and candidates indicate which they are open to when they join.
The network is free for candidates, and the structure is deliberately different from a staffing agency. Relevant Management Services never employs candidates or leases them to firms. The hiring firm is always the employer, makes all hiring, compensation, and supervision decisions, and the candidate's relationship is with the firm from day one. The firms compensate Relevant Management Services for recruiting and human-resources support at fixed or objectively calculated fees — never a share of legal fees or outcomes, and candidates are never charged for an introduction.
