RMS may provide candidate sourcing, threshold screening, scheduling, verification administration, and introductions. Attorney-owned firms decide whether to hire employees or engage contract or interim talent.
The attorney-owned firm alone decides professional competence, conflicts, engagement, legal staffing and supervision, invoice approval, payment, and tax reporting. RMS receives fixed fees or fixed per-seat fees for this defined nonlegal support, never a share of legal fees or outcomes.
