The Network — Behind the brands sits a growing multi-state network of independent, attorney-owned firms operating from hubs in Richmond, VA; Lynchburg, VA; Colorado Springs, CO; and Bellevue, WA. Each firm operates under its own bar admission and attorney ownership; RMS provides business and back-office support only. Every hub gives a firm the same operational backbone (accounting, finance, HR, procurement), technology and security, brand and marketing, and network leverage for recruiting, referrals, and growth.
