RMS does not provide legal services; control professional judgment, client acceptance, conflicts, fees, legal staffing, supervision, trust functions, strategy, or legal judgment; receive, hold, or control client funds; or share legal fees or outcomes.

Alden Kinsley PLLC is the current Virginia attorney-owned law firm handling business and commercial disputes. No future Alden Kinsley firm, territory, location, or practice is represented as existing.

RMS, Alden Kinsley PLLC, and each verified law firm using the Relevant Law brand are separate entities. Legal services are provided only by the applicable attorney-owned law firm and its licensed attorneys.

RMS charges fixed fees or fixed per-seat fees for defined nonlegal services. RMS does not receive a percentage of legal fees, revenue, recoveries, settlements, or outcomes.
