Business inquiries, recruiting records, and Grow applications are handled as distinct submission types. This form is for private business communications with RMS. A submission is not privileged, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and should not include client confidences, privileged communications, trust-account or client-fund information, deadlines, or substantive legal-matter details. RMS and necessary service providers process submissions to respond and maintain appropriate business records.

RMS and necessary service providers process this recruiting submission and may share it with the relevant independent hiring or engaging law firm when a potential fit is identified. If no firm is identified, the record remains not yet assigned until a verified opportunity exists. RMS retains recruiting records only as reasonably needed for recruiting, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@relevantms.com. With your consent, messages and up to six recent history messages are sent through Replit to OpenAI to generate a response. Communications are not privileged; do not enter confidential, case, or client information. The conversation stays in browser memory and clears on reload or Clear. RMS does not save guide transcripts, but the server may hold a short-lived processing and duplicate-request cache for up to 10 minutes. Replit and OpenAI handle data subject to their own policies.
