Legal Talent Network — For People Who Love the Work
RMS provides nonlegal recruiting support for verified attorney and paralegal openings at specifically identified attorney-owned firms. Alden Kinsley PLLC is the current Virginia attorney-owned law firm handling business and commercial disputes. No future Alden Kinsley firm, territory, location, or practice is represented as existing.
The practice, without the business of practice: Most legal jobs quietly come with a second job attached — chasing invoices, wrestling technology, absorbing the administrative churn of a small firm. The firms using the Relevant Law brand and Alden Kinsley PLLC are separate and attorney-owned. Relevant Management Services provides defined nonlegal systems, marketing, recruiting support, and administrative operations so each firm's legal professionals can focus on clients and craft. RMS may source candidates, perform threshold screening, schedule conversations, and administer verification; the firm independently evaluates professional competence and makes every conflict, engagement, hiring, compensation, and supervision decision.
The network at a glance: RMS provides defined nonlegal support to independently owned law firms. Legal roles are always with the applicable attorney-owned firm, never RMS. Candidates are not charged for introductions.
Two possible tracks: Verified opportunities may involve a specifically identified Relevant Law firm. Alden Kinsley PLLC is the current Virginia attorney-owned firm handling business and commercial disputes. Every introduction identifies the actual hiring firm; selecting an interest does not represent that another opening or future firm exists.
Two kinds of excellent people
Attorneys — Attorney roles are with specifically identified attorney-owned firms, never RMS. Alden Kinsley opportunities refer only to Alden Kinsley PLLC in Virginia unless another firm is separately verified.
Paralegals — Paralegal roles are with specifically identified attorney-owned firms, never RMS. The hiring firm makes all competence, conflict, engagement, supervision, payment, and tax-reporting decisions.
Ways to engage: Full-time, contract, and interim opportunities may be presented only when tied to a specifically identified hiring firm. For Alden Kinsley PLLC recruiting, RMS may provide sourcing, threshold screening, scheduling, and verification administration. Alden Kinsley PLLC alone decides professional competence, conflicts, engagement, supervision, invoice approval, payment, and tax reporting.
RMS and necessary service providers process this recruiting submission and may share it with the relevant independent hiring or engaging law firm when a potential fit is identified. If no firm is identified, the record remains not yet assigned until a verified opportunity exists. RMS retains recruiting records only as reasonably needed for recruiting, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@relevantms.com. This is a private business communication, not a privileged communication, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not include client confidences, privileged communications, trust-account or client-fund information, deadlines, or substantive matter details. The applicable firm—not RMS—decides engagement, competence, conflicts, legal staffing, supervision, compensation, invoice approval, payment, and tax reporting.
How it works: 1. Join the network — tell us who you are, the work you want, and where. Every submission is read by a person on our talent team. 2. A real conversation — if your background fits the work the firms in our network do, we'll set up a conversation about your practice interests and what the right seat looks like. 3. The right introduction — when a firm in the network is looking for someone like you — on the advisory side or the litigation side — we make the introduction. The firm interviews you and makes its own hiring decision.
Roles in the network are with independent, attorney-owned law firms. The hiring firm is the employer and makes all hiring and supervision decisions. Relevant Management Services provides recruiting and human-resources support to those firms — joining the network is an expression of interest, not an application for employment with Relevant Management Services.
Frequently asked questions
What is the talent network, and how is it different from a recruiter or staffing agency? RMS provides nonlegal sourcing, threshold screening, scheduling, verification administration, and introductions for verified openings. RMS never employs or leases legal talent.
Who would my employer be? Always the specifically identified attorney-owned hiring firm, never RMS. Alden Kinsley PLLC is the current Virginia attorney-owned law firm handling business and commercial disputes. No future Alden Kinsley firm, territory, location, or practice is represented as existing. For Alden Kinsley PLLC recruiting, RMS may provide sourcing, threshold screening, scheduling, and verification administration. Alden Kinsley PLLC alone decides professional competence, conflicts, engagement, supervision, invoice approval, payment, and tax reporting.
Does it cost me anything to join? No. The network is free for candidates. RMS charges fixed fees or fixed per-seat fees for defined nonlegal services. RMS does not receive a percentage of legal fees, revenue, recoveries, settlements, or outcomes.
Is Relevant Management Services a law firm? No. RMS is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or legal advice. All legal work is performed by the independent firms in the network.
What kind of work do the firms focus on? Each verified opportunity identifies the hiring firm and practice. Alden Kinsley PLLC is currently a Virginia attorney-owned law firm handling business and commercial disputes.
Do the firms hire full-time roles only, or contract work too? Both, depending on the firm and the need. Firms in the network hire full-time seats and also engage contract and interim talent. Tell us which you're open to when you join.
What do the firms look for in candidates? Judgment and craft above credentials alone. For attorneys: strong technical work in estate planning, tax, or business law on the advisory track — or courtroom, motion-practice, and discovery strength on the litigation track. For paralegals: independence, research and drafting strength — from estate plans to motions and discovery — and the instinct to move a matter forward.
What if there's no opening right now? That's exactly what the network is for. The firms plan their hiring ahead of the curve, and we build the relationship before the seat opens.
Is my information kept confidential? RMS and necessary service providers process recruiting submissions. RMS may share information with a specifically identified independent hiring or engaging firm when there is a potential fit. If no firm is identified, the record remains not yet assigned.
