RMS is publishing this proposed method before collecting data so its scope and limitations can be evaluated. No findings, benchmarks, savings claims, or performance results have been published.

The study would describe operating conditions, not declare that one model is more effective. Measures would be defined before collection. Any publication would distinguish association from causation and report missing data, selection effects, conflicts of interest, inclusion rules, exclusions, and changes to the protocol.

Participation would require written consent, data minimization, aggregation rules, suppression thresholds, and re-identification review. Client identities and client matter content would not be collected.

The protocol would identify self-reported fields, fields supported by non-client operational records, and fields that cannot be independently verified. Methods, sample construction, response counts, limitations, and sponsor interests would be disclosed with any findings.
