Partner With Relevant — Existing-Firm Fit Conversation

Discuss whether Relevant Law brand adoption and separately scoped RMS nonlegal services may fit your existing attorney-owned firm.

Explore whether the Relevant model fits your existing firm.

Your firm retains ownership and professional authority. This conversation evaluates potential Relevant Law brand adoption and, separately, which defined RMS nonlegal services may be appropriate. Availability, scope, rights, and implementation depend on review and final written documents.

The Existing-Firm Model — A defined path, without giving up professional authority. Existing firms may evaluate adopting the Relevant Law brand while retaining firm ownership and control of legal work. Separately scoped RMS services may support defined business functions; this is not a promise that standalone outsourcing is available. Any brand rights and service scope are subject to diligence, applicable requirements, and final agreements.

For Established Firms — The fit discussion considers Relevant Law brand adoption and a separately documented RMS service scope. Your firm keeps its ownership, clients, and professional authority. No system replacement, rebrand, service package, timing, or result occurs automatically.

Relevant Law brand adoption is evaluated under a separate brand-use agreement. Technology, access, and implementation follow a firm-approved, defined scope. RMS may provide contracted nonlegal support; standalone availability is not promised. You keep 100% ownership of your firm and every client file.

The Relevant Advantage — Representative capabilities include Brand & Marketing; Technology & AI; Operations & Back-Office; Office Build-Out & Design; and Growth & Talent. Any services are separately scoped and subject to review and final agreement; standalone availability is not promised.

Who We Partner With — Relevant is a specialized brand, not general practice. The two profiles that tend to fit best are Business & Corporate and Estate Planning & Wealth attorneys. Litigation ownership on the platform runs under the Alden Kinsley brand. Alden Kinsley PLLC is currently a Virginia attorney-owned firm handling business and commercial disputes; future brand expansion is only a strategy.

How The Relationship Works — A relationship uses separate brand-use and business-services agreements, and neither transfers control of your practice to RMS. You set your own hours and make every decision about legal services, clients, conflicts, fees, staffing, supervision, trust functions, strategy, and legal judgment.

How Partnering Works: 1. Initial conversation — this short inquiry is not an application. 2. Brand and service fit — separately evaluate brand adoption and nonlegal services. 3. Review and agreement — rights, scope, responsibilities, timing, and fees remain subject to diligence and final documents. 4. Firm-approved implementation — no automatic retrofit, rebrand, service level, timeframe, or result is promised.

Partnership Questions

Do you charge a royalty or take a percentage of our fees? No. RMS is paid fixed fees or fixed per-seat fees for defined nonlegal services and does not receive a percentage of revenue, share legal fees, or receive compensation based on legal outcomes.

Is there an investment to join? Any resulting agreement may include fixed fees or fixed per-seat fees for defined nonlegal services. Specific terms are provided only through the applicable written agreement process.

Do I get an exclusive market? Market and brand rights, if any, arise only from final written agreements. An inquiry does not reserve a market, award an opportunity, or grant a brand right.

Can I bring my existing firm onto the platform? An established firm may evaluate adopting the Relevant Law brand. RMS services are scoped separately and may include defined technology, marketing, or back-office support. Nothing changes automatically; all rights and implementation remain subject to review and final written documents.

How is this a modern approach to law? We give your firm the tools to run lean and efficient: enterprise technology, automation, and the Ellis AI platform for research, drafting, and intake. You and your attorneys practice the law; we provide the tools that make the business of it efficient.

Do I keep ownership of my firm? Yes. You retain full ownership of your firm and your bar license. Relevant Management Services does not acquire or own your practice. Your attorney-owned firm may use the Relevant Law brand and separately engage RMS for defined nonlegal services.

Does Relevant take a percentage of legal fees? No. RMS charges fixed fees or fixed per-seat fees for defined nonlegal services. RMS never receives a share of legal fees, revenue, recoveries, settlements, or outcomes.

What actually changes day to day? Only the brand and nonlegal service changes defined in final written documents and the firm-approved implementation plan take effect. Legal work, professional judgment, firm ownership, and client relationships stay with the attorney-owned firm.

Do I have to rebrand? Adopting the Relevant Law brand is central to this existing-firm model and requires separate evaluation and a final brand-use agreement. Any transition is firm-approved and follows an agreed implementation plan; RMS does not promise a seamless or automatic rebrand.

Can an individual attorney without a firm join? Yes. Entrepreneurial attorneys can launch or lead a Relevant-branded firm with our platform behind them from the start — the brand, the technology, and the operational backbone already in place.

Who controls the legal work and the client relationship? You do. Legal judgment, the attorney–client relationship, and client confidentiality all stay with the attorney-owned firm — you run your practice and remain responsible for it. Relevant Management Services is a business platform, not a law firm.

Does Relevant run my business or control my operations? No. You run your own practice — your hours, your staffing, and your day-to-day decisions are yours. The relationship runs on two agreements: a brand-use agreement to operate under the Relevant brand, and a managed-services agreement for back-office support like marketing, web, technology, and AI. We provide the brand, the tools, and the support; how you run your firm stays with you.

This form is for private business communications with RMS. A submission is not privileged, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and should not include client confidences, privileged communications, trust-account or client-fund information, deadlines, or substantive legal-matter details. RMS and necessary service providers process submissions to respond and maintain appropriate business records.
